Ordering
From your saved forms to payment, tracking and paperwork: how an order runs through Alef Portal.
Your forms, kept.
Every position you order is saved in My forms, ready for the next order.
Load a saved form into the editor, add it to a new order as it is, or order it again in another material. Search the library, drop several DXF files at once, and download any form as a DXF.
Order & pay.
Choose an available payment method. FyreFly handles your order and billing through Stripe.
- What you do
- Submit the order and choose one of the payment methods available to you: card or wallet, bank transfer, or — when you are signed in — an invoice with a payment term.
- What Alef does
- Prices the positions again on the server before a payment is set up. For a bank transfer, Stripe shows the bank details and the reference; the order is released to production planning once the money has arrived.
- For businesses under § 14 BGB and public-law entities
- Online checkout for German billing and delivery addresses, with 19 % VAT
- Other countries: a separate quotation with tax review
- Payments for orders we do not accept are refunded
Alef Portal is open as a preview for now: sign-in, live orders and payments are not yet switched on. Until then, send your drawing to [email protected].
Released. Visible.
Payment and production are tracked separately, on purpose.
Nothing is cut before the money has arrived, whether you pay by card, bank transfer or invoice. Follow any order with its number and the order e-mail, no account needed: you see its current status from order received through production to shipping, the positions, the addresses as ordered and the shipping details.

Signed in, your orders, addresses and invoices sit together in your account. The structured EN 16931 invoice (UBL 2.1, XML) is available for download once issued.
