Disposition & ERP

Where a picking task lies and why, and how Gimel's stock stays in step with your ERP.

Disposition.

Orders and the material they need, side by side.

The disposition view shows where each task lies, in which position and for what reason. A task carries only that placement. What is to be done stays with the internal order and the order, so there is only ever one version of the truth.

Material counted in two systems.

Gimel cuts the material, your ERP counts it. Neither overwrites the other in silence.

Reading is cheap
Compare what SAP reports for plates and stock with what Gimel holds. No automation, only the comparison.
Writing is visible
A sync books ordinary correction movements, which appear in the stock history like any hand correction.
Reserve, then deduct
The combined run reserves sheets, and the goods receipt from the ERP reconciles and releases them.

The link to your ERP is a small adapter that is set up for your system, so the production side never has to know which ERP is behind it.
